At Sterile Services Sdn Bhd, we provide efficient, reliable, and consistent sterilisation solutions, fully aligned with international and Ministry of Health (MOH) quality and safety standards.

    Our state-of-the-art centre in Rawang delivers expert sterile supply management and dedicated customer support, enabling our healthcare partners to focus on their core clinical responsibilities and strategic priorities. All processed surgical instruments are returned to hospitals within 24 hours, ensuring uninterrupted surgical services and eliminating the risk of instrument shortages.

    As the first centralised CSSD facility of its kind in Southeast Asia, our centre serves both public and private hospitals across the Klang Valley and outside Klang Valley. This centralised model delivers significant cost efficiencies, standardised quality, and improved operational performance for our partners.

    With the establishment of our Rawang sterilisation centre, Sterile Services Sdn Bhd is supporting the advancement of Malaysia’s healthcare ecosystem by providing access to cutting-edge sterilisation technology, robust quality assurance, and internationally benchmarked best practices.

    Objectives

    • To provide sterilized material from a central department where sterilizing practice is conducted under conditions, which are controlled, thereby contributing to a reduction in the incidence of hospital infection.
    • To take some of the work of the Nursing staff so that they can devote more time to their patients.
    • To avoid duplication of costly equipment's, which may be infrequently used.
    • To maintain record of effectiveness of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process.
    • To monitor and enforce controls necessary to prevent cross infection according to infection control policy.
    • To maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
    • To stay updated regarding developments in the field in the interest of efficiency, economy, accuracy and provision of better patient care.
